8. CONCERNS WITH HIGH GOVERNMENT FEES: (UTILIZED THE GRANTIS ADVANTAGES)

We had this company in Kenya that is owned by a Latvian national who wanted to bring some technical support from abroad but was concerned over the high government fees for obtaining work permit. Currently the Government fees for work permit for 2 years is about 10,000 USD.

So after having conversations with the company owner, we advised him to considered hiring East Africans who enjoy exemptions from payment of Government fees. The company decided to hire two nationals from Rwanda and Uganda, who paid Zero (0) government fees hence saving the company at least 12,000 USD in government fees alone.
